We built Commercial Brokers International around helping international companies establish their business in Southern California. But there was one problem...
As our clients grew, they wanted to expand into markets where we didn't have a presence. Too often, we had to hand those relationships off because we simply couldn't serve them outside our market.
That experience led me to explore commercial real estate affiliate networks. I learned what worked, what didn't, and ultimately decided to build something different—one designed to make collaboration more accessible for independent brokerages.

One call can change it all.
In brokerage, success isn’t always about the big, flashy wins; it’s about mastering the basics, day in and day out. Over the years, I've learned that the top brokers consistently possess three qualities: expertise, passion, and—most importantly—discipline.
Discipline drives you to pick up the phone even when you face repeated rejections, send those emails, draft that content, attend events, and keep pushing, regardless of the setbacks.
Persistence breaks down resistance.
One story that drives this home for me: I called a major property owner, Harry Macklowe, for over two years, leaving message after message. Then, one evening, he answered—and that call turned into 23 deals and $400 million in transactions.
If I’d stopped calling, that never would have happened.
In this business, discipline isn’t just a habit—it’s the foundation. Set your target, stay focused, and keep at it. That’s the key to long-term success.
