Fear generates racism,
Racism breeds hatred,
hatred produces war
And war destroys everything
Do not be afraid to make peace!

US Ambassador Tom Barrack’s latest claims pinning the global Captagon trade on the Druze region and smearing their local leadership are entirely false and highly irresponsible.
By baselessly criminalizing an entire ethnic minority, these statements put the vulnerable Druze community in southern Syria at direct risk of sectarian violence and targeted jihadi attacks. Painting a minority enclave as an illicit hub paints a dangerous target on their back for extremist networks.
Diplomacy demands accuracy, not reckless generalizations that compromise human lives. We stand in solidarity with the Druze community in Syria.

US envoy Tom Barrack alleged that Druze in the area were living off the manufacture and sale of illicit drugs. Israeli Druze accused Barrack of failing in his “mission” to “undermine” confidence in the Druze community’s aspirations for self-determination and of “covering up the jihadist” landscape in Syria.

You are a jihadi operative, so your opinion does not really matter! You have seen nothing from the Druze yet. They have been dealing with genocidal regimes for 1000 years, and they are still standing.

Many now notice that Amb Barrack is not speaking American English or echoing President Trump's foreign policy or American values. He's using the American bully pulpit to amplify a narrative that undermines U.S. national interests.

A diplomat whose name surfaced in the publicly released Jeffrey Epstein records has questionable moral high ground to echo hardline narratives in the Middle East. Diplomacy requires integrity, not unsubstantiated smears. #EpsteinFiles #TomBarrack #MiddleEast #Transparency
