I reached out to both the Prosecution and the Defense and received no comment from either side before posting this story. This directly contradicts the narrative by @RealCandaceO and @DiligentDenizen stating that Tyler left the Orem area to have a steak and a few beers at Cowboys Smokehouse. Furthermore, I have been advised that not only did Tyler not leave the area, that Law Enforcement knows where he was and can map out his movements on 9-10-25. This is devastating news for the defense. Tyler not leaving the area without an alibi almost certainly suggest his intent on retrieving the murder weapon. This is a verifiable tweet that will age well vs. Candace Owens and Diligent Denizen, BOOKMARK. The gas station stop was consistent with a main route drive home at approximately 715 am the next morning. There was no meal in Panguitch, he never left the Orem area, this is compelling evidence that he did not want to leave without the murder weapon. This is serious trouble for the defense.
