My son loves the Minions from Despicable Me, and the spinoff Minions movies. The spinoff movies show that the Minions gravitate towards the most evil boss they can find. Which means they probably worked for Hitler and Stalin, and they just don't show that.

Coup d'état underway in Poland after EU-aligned Prime Minister Donald Tusk sent police forces to the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw right after President Nawrocki left for Senegal for a diplomatic visit.
Nawrocki is currently headed back to Poland.
The President of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, Bogdan Swieczkowski, was suspended and possibly arrested. He is a known support of President Nawrocki.
Several right-wing Polish MPs and their supports are reportedly on their way to the Constitutional Tribunal to defend the institution from being taken over by Donald Tusk.
Warsaw's police forces are preventing the President of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski, members of the Sejm and protesters from entering the Constitutional Court.
I read an article that explained the "Jews run Hollywood" thing that paranoid antisemites like to spew, and not only is it true that a very large percentage of Hollywood *is* Jewish, but there's a very good non-sinister reason. It started before Hollywood was a thing. Jews were discriminated against in the late 1800s-early 20th century, and had a hard time getting hired to work regular jobs. Many Jews gravitated towards the theater, and flourished in the vaudeville era. As the entertainment industry grew, many of the Jews who had become extremely successful in the field moved into newer areas like the film industry and radio. And it just kinda stayed that way. It's just how it played out.
