That's a wrap on #AUSA2026! 🇺🇸
Last week, the Redwire booth focused on the customer, the mission, and ongoing discussions about modernization and the ever-evolving battlespace landscape.
We were proud to introduce our Octopus 140 LWIR EO/IR payload during the show, highlighting how the combination of full HD EO and LWIR imaging with an integrated laser rangefinder comes together to enable fast decisions in real-world situations.
And in a live demo of our #ISR capabilities, we welcomed visitors to our booth to step behind the controls of an Octopus 140 payload flying on a Stalker #UAS as "You Control the Mission" in a scavenger hunt to find targets and win prizes. The Washington Commanders mascot even stopped by for some fun photos with the Redwire team and fans.
A big thanks from the Redwire team to the soldiers, partners, and program leaders who made it a great week!
Made for the Mission. Ready Now.

Supply chain strength isn't measured by on time delivery alone. It's built on relationships. 🤝
At #AUSA2026, Billy Beard, Global Supply Chain Director for Redwire Defense Tech, explained how strategic locations across the U.S. and Europe help the team manage risk and support each product line. Regional suppliers near Redwire manufacturing facilities make on site visits and lasting working relationships possible, backed by a compliance team that meets each customer's requirements.

ALT Secretary Marco Rubio and Uzbekistan Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov smile at the camera against a background of American and Uzbekistan flags. They are both wearing suits and ties. They appear to be shaking hands while also holding up a folder. There is an arrangement of flowers on the table in front of them.
Building humanity’s future in space starts with bringing people together on Earth.
Redwire Space President Mike Gold spoke at the U.S. Space Forum at the Vienna International Center in Austria, hosted by @Usunvie in Vienna. Mr. Gold discussed the benefits and development of the Artemis Accords and participated on a panel on the Low Earth Orbit Economy.
Thank you to Ambassador Wells Griffith, @NASA Associate Administrator for International and Interagency Relations Kathleen Karika, First Secretary for Outer Space Affairs and Export Controls David Epstein, Greg Autry and the entire @StateDept space team, and @csf_space for supporting American space diplomacy, the values of the Artemis Accords, and international partnerships for the American private space sector.
Together, we can transform life on Earth for the better by reaching for the stars!
Operators shouldn't have to work harder to see farther. 🎯
At #AUSA2026, Sam Miller, Chief Product Officer at Redwire Defense Tech, introduced the Octopus 140 LWIR EO/IR payload. The newest EO/IR payload built to deliver exceptional image clarity and integrated laser ranging for reliable situational awareness.
Enhanced stabilization keeps imagery steady through dynamic maneuvers, while full HD EO and LWIR imaging gives operators clear detail day or night. An integrated laser rangefinder and onboard tracking gives operators a distinct situational advantage - all in a lightweight design that preserves aircraft range and endurance.

The road to a sustained lunar presence runs through low Earth orbit. 🌕
@NASA has announced that International Space Station Roll Out Solar Array (IROSA), built by Redwire with @BoeingSpace, will have wing 7 installed during U.S. spacewalk 100 on Oct. 29, followed by wing 8 during spacewalk 101 on Thursday, Nov. 5. With all eight arrays, station power will grow from 160 kW to approximately 215 kW.
The same flight proven technology could power habitats, rovers, and construction on the Moon.
From the space station to the lunar surface, Redwire is helping power the next era of exploration.

At #AUSA2026, Jon Voigtlander, Director of Programs at Redwire Defense Tech, spoke about how capability development has changed.
Rather than only meeting requirements set by the government, industry has shifted toward identifying what the warfighter needs and bringing new capability forward. Getting that capability into the field matters just as much. Interoperable systems reduce logistics, training, and fielding demands, so it reaches operators faster.
When equipment is tailored to the mission, it becomes second nature to use, so the warfighter can concentrate on the situation in front of them. 🛡️
