Clear discrepancy between the have AC vs the have nots! Showing up for work a little tired is one thing - many have perished as result.
I put myself out there this week and spent some time talking about my journey, my family and career. Here are some #leadership (and life) lessons I shared. I have been blessed with great mentors and strive to be one to others.

Flashback to my early days as a doc up in Churchill, MB. Started baking bread, took up knitting and discovered the CBC. Making the most of things and thinking of my colleagues on the front lines.

Struggling with a decision about an upcoming Pediatric surgical mission to Uganda. I’m the oldest on the team, almost 65. We’re all healthy but... No travel advisory for our destination yet.

I don’t have any New Years resolutions- I do however have a gratitude list that I will continue to add to for as long as I live.
