New study from @UCFCECS and @UCF_Kinesiology examines VAriable Resistance Suit (VARS) as a novel tool for muscle strength improvement. In 8 weeks, 12 healthy males showed a 49.9% increase in isokinetic force and 30.6% in isometric force using VARS. VARS proves effective and accessible! #FitnessTech #MuscleStrength
