I’m proud to have received a score of 100 on the @HRC Congressional Scorecard! During the 119thth Congress, we defeated nearly all anti-LGBTQ+ provisions pushed by MAGA Republicans. I’m proud to defend my LGBTQ+ constituents – in this Congress and every Congress.

On October 16, 2019, I told Donald Trump, “With you, Mr. President, all roads lead to Putin.”
On October 16, 2026, Trump signed an executive order waiving new sanctions on Russia passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress and signed into law just last month.
This decision insults America’s commitment to democracy and our brave men and women in uniform, as Russia helps Iran target American forces.
I join Republican senators in condemning this unconscionable capitulation to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians.
As I have asked for years: What does Putin have on Trump that he would sell out America’s values?

Nikki Haley: “There are certain decisions that will go down as history-defining moments. This is one of them. It's a terrible misjudgment of Putin, who has made it clear he wants to destroy the West. We shouldn't help him do it.”
Mitt Romney: “Do we prize liberty or do we prize power and purse? No more clear test than the choice between Ukraine and Russia. Abandon Ukraine and we abandon liberty. Eventually even our own.”
Thom Tillis: “Beyond irresponsible. What part of enforcing a law passed 86-11 by the Senate does the President and his advisors not understand? It’s unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day. If the President wants to actually bring down energy prices, he can do it by solving the Iran problem, not by doing a solid for Vladimir Putin.”
Laura Loomer: “Putin’s goal is to take Ukraine. Then he will take Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and he will make his way through all of Europe. People obsess over personalities too much. You could have an election in Ukraine tomorrow and Putin would still find a reason to be at war. Russia INVADED Ukraine. Not the other way around. Zelenskyy’s removal from office won’t stop Russian imperialism. It’s not about Zelenskyy. It’s about Putin. It’s always been about Putin.”
John Cornyn: “Helping Putin in Ukraine is reckless. He would not stop with Ukraine and our NATO allies would be next. Putin is fanatically committed to restoring Russia’s glory days, calling the collapse of the Soviet Union ‘the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century’ and claiming Russia was ‘robbed’ in the breakup. . . Congress Must Investigate Trump’s Aid and Comfort to Putin.”

BIRDS OF A FEATHER. RE-ELECTION OR JAIL!
Makes deal with Putin, which he could’ve made with Canada for diesel. Tell Zelenskyy to stop bombing Russia, but doesn’t tell Russia about not bombing Ukraine. lifted congressionally passed sanctions.
What does Putin have on Trump or what does he not have on him America our president is in bed with the enemy.
thehill.com/homenews/ap/ap-i… no doubt when Trump talked to Putin, besides getting the oil we’ll be getting Russian interference in our elections.
Trump is renaming many locations, including the Kennedy center for him so he’ll be remembered after he’s gone. He doesn’t have to worry .Al Capone was remembered after he was gone, and he didn’t have anything named for him.
Like Capone, he will live in infamy.
Mental health is an issue that is deeply personal for me because my father was a psychiatrist. He taught me that taking care of your mental health should never be something to hide or feel ashamed of, which is why I have consistently supported programs that increase mental health resources. On World Mental Health Day, let’s continue building communities where asking for help is met with compassion and support.

Earlier today, I was recognized for my lifetime of public service by the Black Chamber of Memphis at its “Building Wealth in Our Community Symposium.” I am particularly proud of the work I have done to strengthen the local economy and its Black businesses from bringing a Minority Business Development Agency to Memphis to hosting Federal Procurement Fairs and securing Community Project Funding for the Black Business Association.
Today, I reintroduced the Police Training and Independent Review Act, legislation that would help restore trust between law enforcement officials and the communities they serve by helping prevent police-involved deaths and encouraging independent, impartial investigations into law enforcement officials’ use of deadly force. Too many police encounters on our streets turn deadly, and my community has felt the devastating impacts firsthand. See my full statement here: cohen.house.gov/media-center…

Scary
BREAKING: Tucker Carlson reveals a jaw-dropping private conversation he had with Trump in which he warned him that the Iran War would destroy America and Trump said: "We all die anyway, so it doesn't matter."
This maniac has the nuclear codes...
"I'm in an unusual position because I talked to Trump," Carlson told Steve Inskeep of the NPR Newsmakers podcast.
The former Fox News host has become one of the President's fiercest critics over the past year, with his most vociferous attacks aimed at the disastrous, pointless war with Iran.
"But you've quoted him as waving off the risk by saying it'll all be fine which could almost—" said Inskeep of Trump's posture towards the conflict.
"You want to know what he said?" replied Carlson. "I'll tell you exactly what he said and I haven't said this but I'm just gonna tell you. And this is a fact. And I could look at my calendar but I had flown back from Tel Aviv from Ben Gurion Airport after seeing the ambassador and two days later I was in the Oval with Trump alone."
"And he was annoyed that I had given Huckabee a hard time in this whole conversation about Huckabee and I said your U.S. ambassador — and as the son of an ambassador — I know what the job entails," recounted Carlson. "And your ambassador, your representative to this nation just called for rearranging the Middle East and allowing Israel to take parts of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Syria. Like this is a diplomatic incident and so we had this whole conversation about this."
"But then I said this war is not about Iran's nuclear program, which you told me and the world that you eliminated back in last summer, in June," Carlson continued. "This war is being pushed by Israel with three aims..."
"One, its own regional hegemony. Take Iran off the map. They don't have freedom of movement as long as Iran is a regional power.
"Two, diminishing the power of the GCC, the six Gulf states which are a rival to Israel and are becoming this kind of Switzerland of the Middle East and that's bad for Israeli interests."
"And three, getting the U.S. out of the Middle East because we constrain their ambitions, getting our bases out, destroying our bases. Israel wants our bases out of the Middle East. I said this to Trump to his face in the Oval Office days before the war began," said Carlson.
"And he looked at me and said 'Yes, you're right. But in the end we all die anyway, so it doesn't matter.' That's exactly what he said 'In the end, we all die anyway,' and I said to him, shocked, 'But what about our kids and our grandkids and like our country and he goes 'Uggggh.'"
"What does that mean?" a perplexed Inskeep asked of the bizarre, dismissive noise.
"I don't know! That's a verbatim exchange," said Carlson. "And you know as God watches I said that. I thought it was true then and I think it's been proven true now."
"The goal was to get the U.S. out, to diminish the GCC, and obviously to take Iran off the map and sink it into permanent internal strife into civil war, sectarian strife," said Carlson. "And he said it doesn't matter because in the end we're all dead anyway. And I was shocked by that because it's nihilism and that's the last thing any leader should display or any person should display. It does matter. Who lives or dies does matter. The future does matter."
As horrifying as Trump's anti-human remarks are, they are perfectly in keeping with his personality. This man is an egomaniacal sociopath. He doesn't believe in God, doesn't believe in the rule of law or right and wrong. As far as he's concerned, the world ends when he dies. He couldn't care less what happens to the rest of us.
It's also not the first time that Trump has given the world such an unvarnished look into his nihilistic worldview. In a 2004 interview with Larry King, he shared similar sentiments—
"I try and tell myself it doesn't matter. Nothing matters. If you tell yourself it doesn't matter, like you do shows, you do this, you do that and then you have earthquakes in India where 400,000 people get killed," said Trump. "Honestly, it doesn't matter. That's how I handle stress."
Within this kind of moral framework (or lack thereof) Trump's entire life makes sense. Since he believes in nothing, he has chosen to indulge in every cruelty and evil imaginable. He spent his time on this Earth ripping people off, sexually abusing and raping women, allegedly including children, and then used the powers of the White House to slaughter countless people overseas.
If the Devil exists, this is what he looks like.
