1 year ago, Charlie was assassinated for his belief that our God given rights were worth defending.
I’m thinking of Erika and their two little ones today and I pray for comfort over them.
Lisa and I are overjoyed to welcome our first grandchild, Theodore Collins, into the family!
We are grateful to God for this incredible blessing, so proud of his parents, and already love Theodore more than words can say. 🙏
In 2012, my first congressional race was a hard‑fought primary against a tough opponent named Martha Zoller and I’m a better public servant today because of her.
Even after that fierce contest, Martha and I stayed friends and she definitely kept me accountable to the 9th district. When Martha came back to WDUN, she welcomed me onto her show to talk about what was shaping North Georgia and how ordinary people, armed with conviction and hope, could change their communities.
Politics looks very different today than it did back then, but the lessons Martha taught us still matter: show up, tell the truth, listen to your neighbors, and love this place we call home.
Gainesville, and all of North Georgia, are stronger because Martha lent her voice, her courage, and her heart to this community, and we are deeply grateful for the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind.
It's Election Day in Georgia!
Make your voice heard and use one of the most important freedoms we have 🇺🇸
Lisa, title’s cannot do you justice. You are a wonderful mother, amazing wife, travel agent extraordinaire, and occasional carpenter, but to me you are all of those and one more. My Best Friend.
I love you mostest. Happy Mother’s Day!
Happy Birthday Jordan! You are an amazing young woman who makes her dad and mom and brothers very proud.
Your attitude, personality, strength and heart are things that inspire many people everyday. You always see the best in others and remind us all that the only disability in life is not living it to the fullest.
We love you!
