Grateful to lead this letter with nearly two-dozen @UkraineCaucus colleagues calling for Ukraine to be allowed to use Starlink to hit launch sites within Russia. Ukraine must be able to defend itself, its people, and the West! The best way is to destroy Russia’s ability to launch its terrorist attacks.

Grateful for this statement from Senators Shaheen, Wicker, Durbin, Grassley, Murphy, Ernst, and Tillis calling for free and fair elections in Serbia on Oct 25! The Vucic regime is aggressively trying to rig the election using every dirty trick in the book. The Serbian people deserve free and fair elections! Pass the SRBIJA Act foreign.senate.gov/press/dem…
The Vucic regime has again used totalitarian surveillance software to target Serbian Patriots. The regime must refrain from arrests, use of force, and surveillance against opposition, students, and protesters. The Serbian people deserve free and fair elections.

The protests in Albania are a culmination of the people’s distrust of corrupt politicians and fatigue over the total disregard for the rule of law. Albania’s leaders need to heed the calls for substantive changes that will yield economic opportunity and foster regional stability.

I am deeply concerned by the escalating unrest in NATO Ally Albania. The Albanian people deserve the rule of law, accountable institutions, and the freedom to make their voices heard. All parties must reject violence, and the government must respect the rights of peaceful protesters. Albania’s young people deserve a voice in shaping their nation’s future.
I am watching with great concern the escalating crisis in NATO Ally Albania. The Albanian people deserve freedom, rule of law, and institutional accountability. The government must refrain from all violence against protestors. Young people deserve a voice in the future of their country.
Once again, the America-hating Georgian Dream regime meets with terrorist state Iran. This unholy alliance is an insult to President Trump and the tremendous people of Georgia who want freedom and prosperity, not a death cult in their backyards.

Laith al Khazali is a designated terrorist and Iranian puppet whose militia AAH killed Americans and Iraqis. He is no better than ISIS, maybe even worse. It is outrageous but sadly not shocking that he has been appointed deputy PM of Iraq.
The people of Iraq in all of its components deserve better.
Free Iraq from Iran
Congratulations to the people of Syria on the arrest of the brutal butcher Mirac Ural the perpetrator of the Banyas and Baydaa massacres where children were slaughtered on behalf of the monster Assad.
May he be brought to justice for his crimes.
Join us at 3pm today! The Serbian people deserve free and fair elections!

We stand with NATO ally Bulgaria in the face of Russia’s heinous and despicable attack on civilian ships carrying Ukrainian grain to feed the world. This is a pattern of Russia’s war on humanity with another ship sunk killing 9 Syrian sailors and 10 to 11 missing. Russia must be properly deterred!
The latest attack on a commercial vessel in the immediate vicinity of Bulgaria’s territorial waters is absolutely unacceptable.
At 01:30, a distress call was received from a vessel 18 nautical miles east of Byala. According to the crew, the Chelsea 3—sailing under the Maltese flag, registered in Odesa and Ukrainian-owned—was struck on its deck and side by three aerial drones. All 15 crew members—seven Ukrainian and eight Azerbaijani nationals—were safely transported to the port of Varna. Five are receiving medical assistance.
Our Permanent Representatives to NATO and the EU have been informed. Bulgaria continues to seek support for an investigation into the attacks to determine the country of origin of the drones. We are also seeking assistance to strengthen surveillance of the air and maritime domains and enhance our response capabilities.
We do not have clear and conclusive evidence to attribute responsibility to either side. However, as I have already stated, the logic suggests that the outcome benefits the Russian Federation. I will therefore summon the Russian Ambassador for a meeting today.
At an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council under the Council of Ministers, we also received information about another vessel, struck 17 nautical miles east of Krapets. It sank, and one crew member was rescued.
In my op-ed for @WashTimes, I discuss why military readiness depends on resilient installations, a strong defense industrial base, secure supply chains, and the Soldiers and families who make up our Joint Force, including those who serve and support our mission in South Carolina.

Grateful for the leadership of Syrian Christians for Peace and Syria’s Christian community leadership and clergy who both inspired me and played an integral role in the repeal of the Caesar sanctions. It is essential that Syria’s Christians remain safe
In recognition of the U.S. Navy’s 251st anniversary, I’m grateful for all those who have and are currently serving, including my son Addison, pictured here with family at his U.S. Naval Academy graduation.
With the missile attack on Riyadh International Airport, murdering an American, I appreciate @POTUS providing strategic intelligence to Saudi-Turkish-Pakistani Allies as every effort should be made to stop war criminal Putin from providing targeting information to Iran and its Houthi Puppets to kill Americans.
