France is expanding its nuclear deterrent across Europe
The plan includes stationing French military aircraft capable of carrying nuclear weapons in several European countries, plus stronger intelligence sharing and early-warning systems aimed at deterring Russia.

Ukrainian forces struck a battery plant for Russian missiles and aerial bombs in Yelets, Russia
A fire broke out at the Energia plant in Lipetsk region, which makes power sources for Iskanders, cruise missiles, and guided bombs.
Previous strikes were also confirmed: at Proton-Electrotex in Oryol, the main microchip workshop was destroyed and the building and servers damaged.
At Tolyattikauchuk, equipment for butyl rubber used in solid rocket fuel was hit.
In the Donetsk area, a drone launch site was struck, damaging three buildings and a launch rail.

Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?"
I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time.
What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup.
Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD.
It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project.
I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops.
