Do you hate fraud?
If so, I’m calling on you to join me in taking the pledge to protect Americans from fraudsters, by doing everything in your power to ensure that:
1. Vulnerable Americans, such as the elderly, indigent, and disabled, are protected from fraudsters who seek to prey on them.
2. Taxpayer-funded programs serve law-abiding Americans, not illegal aliens or fraudsters.
3. Taxpayer-funded benefits are not used by fraudsters to buy mansions or luxury cars.
4. Public agencies and officials work tirelessly and aggressively, coordinating at all levels of government, to stop fraud before payments go out the door.
5. Fraudsters face justice for their crimes in a court of law. Convicted fraudsters will be imprisoned and barred from ever receiving another penny of taxpayer dollars.
6. Illegal alien fraudsters are promptly arrested, prosecuted, imprisoned, and deported, never able to take advantage of Americans’ generosity again.

It was a productive week here in Washington before heading back home for the district work period.
The House passed my bipartisan Main Street Capital Access Act, which will help free up our local community banks to better serve Arkansas's entrepreneurs, businesses owners, and farmers.
I was also pleased to join Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Dan Meuser as we released our Committee staff report, "Fighting Back: A Policy Framework for Combating the Rise of Financial Fraud & Scams."
Financial fraud is one of the fastest-growing threats facing Americans, costing consumers and financial institutions billions of dollars each year.
As Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, protecting Americans from financial fraud remains one of my highest priorities. This report is another important step as we work to combat fraud.

Every single Democrat voted against securing the border.
Why? As @RepMeuser points out, counting illegal immigrants in the census shifts representation and federal dollars away from American citizens.

WATCH: @RepMeuser on how China uses Mexican cartels to launder money and drugs:
“What's happening is that from China the so-called precursors of fentanyl are being shipped to Mexican cartels. Mexican cartels are developing fentanyl, shipping it to the U.S., making the sales take place. Within the U.S., the various players and actors there, both for the cartels and for some Chinese foreign nationals that are here, are laundering the money, taking the U.S. dollars they receive and converting it into pesos, for the most part, shipping those pesos back to Mexico, where Mexico then converts them again from pesos to Chinese currency, which goes back to China.”

I caught up with @RepMeuser at Talen Energy’s Freedom Power plant in Berwick to discuss permitting reform and why it’s critical to meeting rising energy demand, strengthening energy independence, and lowering costs for American families.
The House has passed key reform bills, and now the Senate has the Unleashing American Energy & Jobs Act led by @SenMcCormickPA.
Time to get meaningful permitting reform across the finish line and to the President’s desk! @SenFettermanPA
