This thread makes a common fundamental error - it ignores demographics. The housing demand from a 30 day old is different than a 30 year old. An unplanned surge in the adult population has a different impact than an unexpectedly high number of births.
1. Population growth, 1980-2025. The spike doesn't begin until 2021, and lasts until 2024.

PCBs made in America. Twice as fast as Shenzhen. Today @CircuitHub is unveiling The Grid, our factory-scale robot in Massachusetts that builds circuit boards on demand. No changeovers, no per-design setup. Prototypes and production batches, fully automated.

Turning complicated hardware into simple, fun lessons | ESP32 edition Just like my Arduino app, this one shows you what the ESP32 can do, one circuit at a time. Made with Opus 5.5 learn-esp32.vercel.app
Hardware looks scary until you break it down into small steps. So I built an app that takes you through Arduino one circuit at a time. Made with Opus 5.5 learn-arduino-red.vercel.app

“The cost of cars, fur coats, housing, booze, travel goes up and who gets excited? Nobody, because they don’t buy these things every day. Potatoes go up a few cents and my God, everybody’s crying.” Eugene Whelan (1924–2013), Canadian Minister Agricultur e(1972–1979 and 1980–1984)

"certified freak?" no, i remain uncertified because the freak certification board has undergone regulatory capture and now artificially limits supply to drive up freak wages

If the whole lobby heard your room number, your room is not private anymore. One of the first things I’m teaching these girls about traveling is protecting information that does not need to be public. Your room number should be given to you discreetly. If it gets announced where strangers can hear it, speak up and ask what your options are. Not because we want girls scared of the world. Because I want them aware enough to notice the little things that can keep them safer. Privacy is part of safety.

Almost every time I mention to someone that 55% of American adults take 0 flights a year they have to recheck the data multiple times before they accept it.
