Ehhhh, I mean if we use the example of how sukuna learned World cutting slash from mahoraga. I think kars could do the same if he fights like sukuna, after multiple minutes of fighting he would learn how to do slashs. Also it could just be his curse technique (1/?)
Because we already have an character with the ability to copy curse techniques in jjk. Also I don't think this whole "needing to look at the brain" stuff makes sense because of people like kenjaku who was able to use curse abilities of the people he had taken over (2/?)
