@elonmusk may be right that we'll see unfinished data centers. But not all developers operate the same way.
$WULF follows a disciplined approach:
1. Identify sites with demonstrated customer interest.
2. Secure power from investment grade utilities.
3. Lock down specs, construction costs and schedules through GMP EPC contracts.
4. Secure long-term customer commitments backed by investment grade credit.
5. Arrange financing before committing to major construction.
We may move dirt early, but we don't build on spec.
I suspect we'll see projects stall because of inadequate capital, weak counterparties, execution misses, or regulatory hurdles. For experienced infrastructure developers with strong balance sheets, that creates opportunity.
What others call stranded assets, we may call a development pipeline. @PSInvestor @GavinSBaker

I think we’re going to see a lot of stranded compute in partially complete data centers

This is why $TNGX is down
1. The dose ceiling. Dose level 1 was fine. Dose level 2 was not well-tolerated, with three dose-limiting toxicities in two of four safety-evaluable patients. That means the combination of vopimetostat and daraxonrasib has already hit its top dose. There is no room to push for more efficacy by going higher, so what you saw at dose level 1 is roughly what the drug is. Even at that lower dose, Grade 3 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 40% of the 25 safety-evaluable pancreatic patients. For a frontline pancreatic study against chemo, tolerability is a selling point, and 40% grade 3 at the only usable dose is not a flaw that kills the program, but it takes away one of the arguments for the combo.
2. ORR compression, as expected. The 92% headline back in June was on 12 patients. Now it is 82% on 22 patients, with 88% nine-month progression-free survival and median PFS not reached. The 9/18 log entry called this: the number was always coming down as n grew. Durability is the better part of the data and it held up. The zoldonrasib arm (KRAS G12D) was softer, 54% ORR and 61% nine-month PFS in 35 patients, and that is the arm with the broader population.
The thesis is intact and the dose-level-2 result caps upside on the science rather than breaking it. The stock is giving back a pre-event run with no near-term catalyst to re-rate it. Q3 earnings around 11/3 and Phase 3 design details are what is left on the calendar for 2026.
Why I’m Looking to Add Exposure After the Nasdaq’s Worst Day Since June
Thursday’s selloff isn’t a signal to cut exposure. It is a signal to look at where the money is going. pro.thestreet.com/market-com…
The higher-volume sell-off left both the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 in a new distribution day. Furthermore, Investor's Business Daily reduced the recommended overall portfolio exposure level to 20%-40%. $SPY
