August is National Traffic Awareness Month, a fitting time to rethink how we measure progress in transportation modernization.

We lost Dolly Parton yesterday, and it's landing harder than many of us expected. As a young kid, I remember her from when my parents watched Porter Wagoner. Then there was 9 to 5. And who could forget her performance during the Dallas Cowboys halftime show on Thanksgiving of 2023. The music is legendary. But what I keep coming back to is the Imagination Library — 200 million books put into children's hands, quietly, for decades, because she didn't think a kid's future should hinge on whether there were books in the house. "Icon" gets thrown around. She earned it, then spent it on other people. Respect. Rest easy, Dolly. And thank you. @DollyParton

Working outside today. Listening to Devo and enjoying the weather.

DEF CON is a lot. @DianaInitiative’s quiet room is there when you need to step back and reset. #defcon34

"Leadership is not a title. It is the courage to stand for truth when no one is watching." That line has guided me for 30 years. Thanks to Diah Ramesh and The Power Leader Podcast for hosting this event #Leadership #Cybersecurity #PowerLeaderPodcast #CyberRisk #PeopleFirst

#TeamCAI Chris Zumberge and I sat down to break down what MCP actually is, why it's opening a compliance gap most organizations haven't seen coming. Anyone can build an MCP server allowing anyone access to sensitive data. Get the guardrails up now. #cybersecurity #AI

@BandofAngelsKC Art That Blows. Where retired band instruments got a second life. So many coming together around one belief — that every student deserves the chance to make music. #TeamCAI is a proud sponsor.

Great time at the ACWA Spring Conference where my #TeamCAI colleague Frank Ury spoke about risks in the water industry. #cybersecurity #criticalinfrastructure
