Us #Jets fans are passionate, but man were we wrong about Denzel Mims.
Maybe鈥ust maybe鈥he coaching staff does indeed have a better eye than we do
A reason why I believe URI will contend next yr is due to the new transfer rule. I think it鈥檚 one of the worst rules in NCAAB. It destroys the ability to build program stability. It happened to URI, now it鈥檚 happening all over the A10 - the exodus of talent is simply depressing

Big News for Rhody:
Jeremy Sheppard is returning for next season. Not only will he provide much-needed scoring, but perhaps more importantly give us some continuity on the top-end of the roster. Still much work to do, but a big step to a hopefully bounceback 2021-22 season
Wish nothing but the best for Fatts - would be cool to see him reach March Madness again, and I think he鈥檒l have plenty of Power 5 offers on the table
URI鈥檚 season comes to an end at the hands of Dayton in the quarterfinals of the A10 tourney
A Thread:
Malik Martin: Someone who I believe will make the biggest leap from this year to next. Already a defensive stud, he showed offensive growth down the stretch.
Add in Walker, Berry, and Carey (if he gets his game going), URI has pieces to recover next year
Class act by Dayton HC Anthony Grant. Might be my favorite coach in the conference - the Flyers are in good hands
Hopefully Betrand鈥檚 injury isn鈥檛 as serious as it looks. Non-contact knee injuries are normally a morbid sign. Makhi, Fatts all year and now Betrand. Injuries have really taken its toll this year on URI
I like URI鈥檚 draw in the A-10 bracket - obviously without Sheppard, it鈥檒l be an uphill battle, but we match up pretty well with Dayton in my opinion. Could then get VCU, who we have success against. Does Rhody have some March Magic in store? 3:30. Fatts. Crutcher. Here. We. Go.
Rhody tops Dayton in 2OT, 91-89
What. A. Game. So much to unpack here but I have to start with Fatts. Even in a game where he shot poorly you saw just how much he bleeds URI. All-time steals leader, table-setter and an absolute grinder - Fatts will go down as a program icon

My biggest takeaway was the fact that our rotation tightened up. Cox trusted his go-to lineup, and it paid off. This team showed guts, elite defense, and enough playmaking to pull it off. Interested to see if this rotation sticks moving forward
