@SW_Help so at platform 1 Waterloo and just witnessed non folding bikes getting through & on to trains unchallenged One onto platform one train & other platform 2 Guard says it’s discretionary but didn’t seem to give a 💩 When are your gateline staff going to step up

Well no reply from swhelp but delay was due to a track inspection - according to guard who advised when we finally got to clapham
