Your aunts and uncles were giving your grandma money for thanksgiving btw. They just didn’t broadcast it because that’s common sense. Niggas grown as hell acting like children just wanting to show up and eat.

Zach LaVine on how long it takes for a team to gel on both ends:
"Sometimes it's organized from the top down. Sometimes it's organized from a certain player on the team, like a Chris Paul... a very high-level leader... It can come from a veteran coach or even a bench coach."
“But we're all working through it. We don't really have any of that right now, and it's not going to come anytime soon. So, as a collective, we need to figure out what's everybody's strengths..."
Go win you a ring Herb dawg

Job market is already in absolute shambles and now you gotta compete with 60,000 Microsoft employees 😭
BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, is offering buyouts to 60,000 workers as part of the company’s efforts to cut costs amid AI adoption, per Bloomberg.
Personnel on select teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK at a vice president level and below will be eligible.
This reflects ~27% of Microsoft's total workforce.

Ramona Shelburne on what could happen if the WNBA title is won on Thursday:
"That celebration may not actually be on that court. I've heard there are discussions about whether there's enough time to turn the arena over in time for the fans to celebrate on the court. It could be moved to a practice court"
Unreal man smh

That’s why those big time “cappers” make their money form discords selling picks .. if they were actually profitable they would be banned from the sports books
Professional sports bettor Mike Manning says he got a firsthand look at how a sports gambling betting platform treats winners differently from losers. He told CBS News’ Jim Axelrod that Caesars Sportsbook showered him with VIP perks when he was losing, then slashed his betting limits and cut off the perks after he started winning.
His account adds to allegations that sports betting platforms limit the amount skilled gamblers are able to wager.
In a statement, Caesars Sportsbook said, “We don't comment on the specifics of individual customer accounts. Caesars Sportsbook is an entertainment product and we consider a variety of factors including account activity, integrity protocols, and consistency with our terms and conditions, when establishing wagering limits and determining VIP rewards and benefits. No decision is made solely on a customer's win-loss record.”
Side note: I’ve always advocated for him to let his hairline go but with that peanut head, he should’ve went to Turkey.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has the unique ability for fans to access the game in many ways, and I believe that should be applauded. As someone who has been there on multiple occasions, for multiple reasons, I can truly say The Benz is a top-tier gameday experience.

So Valkyries fans will need to be free at 9:30 am on a Thursday to possibly watch their team win a championship?
I'm convinced the WNBA is either run by interns or the owners' nieces and nephews.
After a weekend of nonstop frantic discussions and negotiation, Game 6 of the WNBA Finals will be played Thursday at 12:30 pm at 17,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta, sources told ESPN.
The Atlanta Hawks-Cleveland Cavaliers game that night will move back to 8 pm to accommodate the doubleheader, just as the Hawks did for Game 4. This allows a potential Game 7 to remain scheduled for Halloween at Chase Center in San Francisco.
All three Finals games in Atlanta have required hurried adjustments to the schedule at State Farm Arena. It took collective efforts from the WNBA, NBA, the Hawks, State Farm Arena, Dream, Valkyries and broadcast partners to figure out the best course of action again.
By moving the game earlier in the day, the WNBA avoided a scenario where a potential championship game was played inside the Dream’s home arena, the 3,500 seat Gateway Center.
The other option under strong consideration was moving Game 6 to an open date at State Farm Arena on Friday and Game 7 to an open date at Chase Center on Tuesday, November 3.
