In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

worth discussing. my POV: the model is trained on our own data - curated by a fwe - so the AI is giving us what we subconsciously desire but AVERAGED across all humanity.

think i'm finally done playing with these. no clue what to do with them. javascript to SVG. did a little test on sepolia using an SSTORE contract which means they can be generated on the fly (i.e., fully on-chain).
need help curating a folder of images?
i created a tool for that. it shows you image pairs, you pick which you like better, and it keeps track of Elo. the cream rises to the top.
theoretically this will work online so you can have friends help out.
