Community is everything in crypto.
Nobody should tell you otherwise.
As a builder or founder, the quality of your community and the strength of its members determine a substantial part of a project's growth and development. And this cuts across every sector.
Community determines a lot, including security, trust, engagement, and how far a project can go when things get tough.
This is where I step in.
As a community manager, I help startups and already growing projects build, grow, and sustain healthy communities.
From keeping conversations active and creating a safe space for members to filtering spam, tackling scams and impersonators, and making sure people feel heard, I understand that community management goes beyond just being active in a group.
It's about building trust, keeping people engaged, protecting the community, and helping the team maintain a strong relationship with the people who believe in the project.
I've been involved in Web3 communities across Telegram and Discord, working around community moderation, engagement, safety, and community-led growth. I've also worked with community takeover teams and taken on ambassador and collaboration outreach responsibilities.
I understand that every project has its own culture, goals, and audience. My job is to understand those things and help build a community that reflects them.
I'm not here just to fill a role or keep a chat busy.
I'm here to contribute, solve problems, build relationships, and help projects create communities that can stand the test of time.

I raised an aluminium ladder, just as this man was doing in this video, I was acting upon instructions from my supervisor at the hotel where I worked as a gym manager 😭. The devil had his plans, but God already was there waiting for him. After crazy electrical sparks over my head, I lowered the ladder gently like nothing happened, as I was walking away there were sparks all over me. The next building had a power outage immediately.
Today, I am alive and God is the Greatest of all time 🙌🏾
I am not doing a 9-5, and yet if you ask me to tell about my experience as in Nigerian in 2026 as a man who lives and works frm home, I'd say "suffer de kpakparakpa"

When I got laid off from Microsoft, I got into a company in Lagos that felt paying 600k naira a month was doing me a favour. I had to take the offer to keep body and soul together.
Was there for 6 months until I fell out with the MD and started looking out. That was when I started my training outfit but couldn't quite get traction.
Anyway, after leaving this NGO, I spent another 5 months in the wilderness, literally. Ate rejections almost every other day. Was living on the goodwill of friends and relations. Basically wondering what to get out of life.
An Antler rep came knocking at the time and was in the process of fast tracking my application to the Antler cohort at Kenya. Guess what? My passport had expired. Ran to go fast track my passport, after a few days emailed the partner but was told it was too late.
I remember laying in my room laughing hysterically, mulling to myself, "who I offend?"
Thankfully at that time, I applied to Andela and the process started for another 2 months. I got into Andela and my monthly salary was my previous annual salary. This trend continued in a subsequent company. Use am run one or two that year.
But the point is, while I was enjoying this new reality, I asked myself, "why did you worry all those times?" In hindsight, there was no reason to. I should have just chilled for 5 months, enjoyed myself.
But we are human and can only understand life in hindsight. As long as you believe this it will work out for you: EVERYTHING will turn out better than you expected, just stop worrying.
Emotions. Sometimes under duress, one can experience more than one emotion at a time and the results are usually disastrous
