Why we all need allies riverside.org.uk/why-we-all-β¦ via @RiversideUK my view on why we all need allies supported by @stonewalluk and why Iβm proud to work for an organisation that is so supportive of our #LGBT colleagues #ComeOutforLGBT @JohnAGlenton β at Garston, England
It was exactly a year ago when I got my
prostate cancer diagnosis which was a shock. I got great support at the time from @ProstateUK and their information help guide me to the right treatment option for me.
So in 2 weeks time I am running the Great North Run up in Newcastle to help raise funds for them. My message here is simple

Well I expected to see lots of different things when in Yellowstone but snow in June was not one of them !!
A reflective morning at Heart Mountain where the US put its own citizens into a relocation centres ( concentration camps ) in WW2 - to them be blown away by the wonder of nature in Yellowstone in the afternoon including Old Faithful and Keplar Falls - finished off with my first ever sighting of a wolf who was clearly hungry !
Great to see Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse memorial yesterday but the geological wonders en route to Cody were something else π- next store Yellowstone. ππ»
Nice to take in a different sporting arena in Denver to those that Iβm used too - I do wonder what rules they would write for most football stadiums π€£
