Literally shouted at my kids to put their shoes on louder than this this morning
Sound 🆙 Brenda Willison (UK) has officially been crowned with having the world's loudest shout at 105.9 dB 📢🆙

Played 6 of top 8 already. 5 of next 8 games at home. Sitting in a decent position and hopefully go into Christmas right in there

Just a ridiculous situation to be in yet again
Nico Madsen out until the international break for QPR, as are Burrell and Lamptey.

Excited for the Dems to find a way not to make this guy their candidate for 2028
OSSOFF: Maybe you saw Donald Trump was in Dalton yesterday—a crowd smaller than this one endured two hours of senile babbling while the price of oil hit its five-month high.

Injuries in the Championship a joke. Far to much being asked of players. Should be a 20 team league in Champ and Lg 1 with Lg 2 being regionalised North and South with 20 teams each

Ended up with less possession 😂

There will be zero calls for VAR. yes a shocker, but fans accept these even out
Shocker of a decision. There will be calls for VAR in the Championship after that. West Ham’s Tomas Soucek puts in the perfect sliding challenge, stretching out his right foot to nudge the ball away from QPR’s Paul Smyth. Brilliant interception, played the ball, outside the box anyway, ridiculously punished with a penalty. West Ham been poor, but that was an even poorer decision.  #WHUQPR

Super proud of that. Big game on TV and we are stepping up. I’m sure quality will tell in the end from West Ham, but this is super positive

A beyond awful message to send out
This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss. The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes. Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment. To honor the dead, we must fight for a world in which every person can live with freedom, safety, and dignity.

The meaning of the phrase Jews Don’t Count is often misunderstood. It means: as a vulnerable minority. A minority that has suffered, like all minorities, extreme violence and discrimination. The assumption remains, despite history, that Jews are too powerful really to be seen in that way. Drawing attention to Jewish suffering is seen as only another example of their power, of Jews' ability to highlight their own suffering at the expense of others. Jews are not granted specificity in suffering: it must always be compared to the suffering of others, and found wanting. And if you want to see that in action, have a look at some of the responses on here - or no doubt, below this message - to the various attempts to commemorate one acute example of Jewish suffering, that took place three years ago today.

Using October 7th to talk about the suffering and plight of Palestinians is like using International Womens Day to moan about Mens rights @MayorofLondon @NYCMayor

There is just no way I can vote for a left leaning party again. The single iota of a chance they may form any sort of alliance with the Greens is completely unpalatable to me
The amendment to safeguard Jewish members was defeated: 684 in favour, 1,026 against. More than a thousand delegates voted against those protections. This is a deliberate rejection of Jewish members’ right to participate without discrimination. A party that votes against protecting Jews while debating whether their self-determination is racist is practising the racism it claims to oppose.
