As one of the other 31 teams, I can see you saying, “Okay, Marvin Harrison didn’t work out because of Arizona. Rough QB play & bad coaching. We can get the most out of him.”
But for Brian Thomas, if it didn’t work for Lawrence & Liam Coen, why’s it gonna work for your team?
I don’t think there’s any world where Brian Thomas Jr. ends up in Las Vegas, Los Angeles or San Francisco. He just hasn’t shown the physicality that Klint Kubiak, Kyle Shannan, or Sean McVay require out of their WRs.
The list of receivers I’d rather roster over Josh Downs grows weekly.

It's never been more over. Downs is cuttable.
I get all the Brian Thomas trade rumors, but Arizona wasn’t playing for the playoffs. Jacksonville is. BTJ gives you solid depth at WR4 with a player who knows the playbook well.
Trading him doesn’t help them get better. Trade him in the offseason.
