for me is this one, call me a boomer but I would take reading stack overflow, parsing github issue comments and reading articles and solutions and google over running 4 terminals 2 different llms and getting my brain fried by switching context every 10 seconds. At lease my attention span was better my brain was staying sharp, had a feeling of accomplishment at the end when figuring it out. The landscape has forever changed I get that and I am finding my sense of accomplishment and rewards in other areas I am ok with that BUT allz I am saying is I cannot even sit myself down to read a whole article anymore, I even catch myself freaking fast forwarding videos. Maybe is a me issue but I just also see a ton of people all of a sudden being one huge ball of ADHD.

all this new models and tooling and overcomplicating everything, I havnt noticed the difference in models since opus 4.5 and this codex new tool (almost) everything feels like microsoft cramped ass.
