Feb 17, 2023 — Rouleau's central finding is "a failure in policing and federalism" — the same frame the government put in its briefing deck eight months earlier. Most of the government's own list comes back as recommendations.
🚨 Daycare Operator Admits She Murdered a 14-Month-Old
A 14-month-old girl was left at a Beauport, QC home daycare and never came home. Guenuite Kiwangala Mubwaka, 28, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder after surveillance showed her shouting at and physically abusing the child. The fatal injuries happened at the daycare. She faces life in prison.
BREAKING: The Corruption at city hall runs very deep in St Catharines.
Mayor Mat Siscoe ran for re-election using a staff-managed “Mayor” Facebook page that listed City Hall’s address [email protected], and the City phone. That’s an illegal use of corporate resources under the City’s election policy. He already had a separate campaign page.
Residents filed formal complaints with the City Clerk. Paid staff never responded. Other candidates didn’t get a City-backed page.
The Liberals don’t want to kill off the mentally ill they will lose their voting base.
