Thank you, @cvpayne!

At last, the smoking gun. NBH is brilliantly forcing the hands of brokers to deliver. If they cannot? A crime scene is established. Well played! 👉"The crediting of "phantom" stock shares to customer accounts that are not actually backed by certificate registrations would be a violation of applicable securities laws as well as a violation of fiduciary and custodial responsibility." #mmtlparmy

NBH playing chess again. I transferred my shares to EQ long ago but note that this applies to all shareholders, including those holding in street name at brokerages. Brokers will now have to request and credit the additional shares based on their current positions. This creates another required servicing and reconciliation event. If a broker is carrying more positions than they actually have real shares for, they still have to go through this process. Nice move, NBH. Well played. @nbhydrocarbons #MMTLP

What makes an experience impactful? A teaching memorable? A keynote or sermon life-changing? It’s the vital space between information and in formation. This is the role of the mentor, educator, or speaker. It’s not just about communicating information, but inviting others into transformation.

Jesus not only saves us from our sins but also from a life devoid of purpose and meaning.

"What would happen if we studied what is right with people instead of focusing on what is wrong with them?" These were the words of educator and psychologist Don Clifton who pioneered the CliftonStrengths movement. As a certified CliftonStrengths coach I get to work with students at Lipscomb nearly every day to help them develop their talents into strengths. Though my primary commitment, focus, and time is Lipscomb, I'm excited to share this more with a limited number of outside clients. I've provided over 200 hours of one-on-one coaching and conducted Strengths workshops for organizations across multiple industries to help others to discover and use their God-given talent. The coaching method I use is three-fold. Name. I help you understand your strengths (initially called talents) and what they mean. Claim. Together we look for evidence of your strengths in your past and present to help you recognize, appreciate, and own them. Aim. We work together to develop your strengths by identifying goals, exploring your strengths dynamics, and aiming your strengths at these goals. For organizations, I help you learn to harness your collective strengths to maximize your impact. I also love speaking and teaching on Strengths. My new website allows you to explore ways I might can serve you or your organization as a coach, consultant, or speaker. It’s such a blessing to see the impact this has on a person or organization. I’d love to share it with some of you! robtouchstone.com

With the growing frustration over the iOS keyboard, let’s collectively demonstrate the problem to @apple with evidence. Here’s how. Respond here by typing 2 sentences that describe your experience using the keyboard. Here’s the catch. Do not edit mistakes in any way.

Home Words is now open for business! homewordsgifts.etsy.com Congratulations to my wife and founder, Aimee Touchstone, on tonight's grand opening on Etsy! She has worked tirelessly for months to curate these Scriptures and to learn how to craft these hand-held ceramic crosses. I am so proud of the artisan and entrepreneur she has become! Home Words was born out of Aimee's desire to help us learn to abide in Christ -- and to make our home in him, as he makes his home in us. Aimee's hand-made, hand-held ceramic crosses are an invitation to experience God and listen for God's Word leading you Home. As you hold your cross in your hand, may you remember the hand of God that is holding yours. The Scripture cards have been curated from personal experiences and encounters with God to guide you Home. You can select from 7 themes that include: - Comfort for those Experiencing Loss - Courage for Overcoming anxiety - Health and Healing - Inspiration for Graduates - Nourishing for Newlyweds - Encouragement Moms - Affirmation of Identity in Christ Each set contains 52 Scripture cards that sit perfectly in the included premium metal easel. Scriptures have been carefully selected by Aimee for each theme from various translations of the Bible. We hope that Home Words can be a blessing to you and/or make a great gift for someone you love!

Our family is so happy to be part of the launch team for Church of the City Nolensville! COTC Nolensville will be launching in August and gathering weekly in the auditorium of Nolensville High School. I get asked often about what we've loved about COTC. To name a few, we've loved being part of a church that is so intentional about serving the community, that deeply invites and engages with the Holy Spirit, that eagerly encourages and values discipleship, prayer and worship, and that dives just as deeply into the context of Scripture as it does the text itself. We've also loved what our kids are experiencing via Kid City. And now we're excited for COTC to be in the midst of the community where we live. Let me know if you have interest in being part of this new church family and I'm happy to share more!

"What would happen if we studied what is right with people instead of focusing on what is wrong with them?" - Don Clifton (educator, psychologist, & pioneer of the CliftonStrengths movement) Research shows that people who are using their strengths are 3x more likely to report experiencing an excellent quality of life and 6x more likely to report they are engaged in their work and doing their best every day. This past year, as a certified CliftonStrengths coach, I've provided over 100 hours of one-one-one coaching and conducted Strengths workshops for organizations across multiple industries to help others to discover and use their God-given talent Strengths discovery is for everyone and I'd be happy to work with you or someone you know. My work with you includes a CliftonStrengths assessment, a full report, and a one-hour coaching session that can be offered in person or via Zoom. There are also opportunities for multiple sessions. Feel free to connect with me for more information. I'll work with you on the cost to fit what you can afford. If you'd like to give a coaching session to someone as a gift I'm also happy to package this for you digitally for you to present to someone you love!
