1. Horse racing needs an injection of modernisation. Seeing so many races abandoned either before or during the last few days such as @plumptonraces and @Chepstow_Racing - Iā€™ve been thinkingā€¦ Hear me outā€¦ Iā€™ve not fully thought it through yet, but hereā€™s a thread on my ideasā€¦

5. Race Courses - More Racing, closer together and bigger crowds guaranteed Big Meetings - could end the season with Cheltenham Festival for jumps or even still host in in March to kick it off International meetings could hold more appeal in winter for jockeys too

6. Iā€™m sure there are valid reasons for this not to happen but when you have so many courses not putting on big races during jumps season and the opportunity to move the season to at least a higher % chance of them happening, why wouldnā€™t you - Personal view but highly achievable

šŸ§µHome Buying Nightmare 1/ I never imagined moving into our forever home could turn into such a nightmare. Itā€™s been over a week since we were supposed to complete our purchase, but thanks to delays and errors by the banks, my family is stuck in limbo. šŸ˜” @MoneySavingExp

One of the best leaders I had the pleasure to work with - so sad. Thoughts are with all those in @LancsPolice who will undoubtedly be impacted by this sudden and unexpected loss. šŸ’™

Replying to @DannyShawNews @ukhomeoffice
Review says great savings can come through technologyā€¦ ā€¦but an estimated 97% of science & tech investment in policing goes on maintaining existing technologies. ā€œThis is not sustainable technically,ā€ it says. Ring-fenced @ukhomeoffice funding & more collaboration neededā€¦.
