I started the Tweener List in 2015 to create a curated list of Triangle startups that were our 'up and coming' companies. I ended up with 50 companies and a range of $1m/yr revenues up to $80m. Since then then list has grown to over 250, and inspired us to create the sister-fund: Triangle Tweener Fund. We used to have an annual Tweener List event to celebrate the largest fundings, exits and new Tweeners. With covid and the fund we haven't had time to get back to that in earnest, but now we've joined forces with Raleigh-Durham Startup Week with two areas of collab: o First, we wanted to make sure this year RDSW has a content track for Tweeners- companies that are past the creation/ideation and well into and through product/market fit. Starting to scale functions like GTM, raising that next round, forming the board, hiring more execs - issues like that. o Second, we're bringing the event back on Wednesday night. The best part?
