Hi Everyone⚽️
As I work through my UEFA A Licence and Advanced Children's Licence, I am looking to connect with managers, coaches, and people involved in clubs and academies regarding potential visits.
These visits would simply serve my own personal development and help me learn about the processes and methodologies in place within different teams and environments, and even how ten individuals perform within them.
Please feel free to send me a direct message. Any reposts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.⚽️

This is the kind of thing that to explain / debate you’d need way more characters than X gives you 😂
But I think he speaks a lot of sense here.
Culture runs way deeper than appointing a new manager
Crazy to me how many professional pundits are saying Celtic played a back 3 😂
100% a back 4 with Scales left back & Tierney LW

Simple, fun & challenging
Mcinnes can’t get enough credit for today. Let’s be honest, there was a lot of scrutiny on him today.. So to go 2 up, a back 3 & Penrice CM!?🤯
Normal punters underestimate the presence of mind & strong will that must take to make those big decisions when the pressure is on👏🏻👏🏻
Bit of relevance to debate recently on playing young Scottish players, are they good enough etc
I’m not sure many managers over the years play Fraser Taylor (23 🏴)& Ryan Carr (21 🏴) at Ibrox in a midfield 2
Both seem to be flourishing, as is Nsio, under CM

🏴 Coach Pathway
A lot of talk recently, & rightly so, about lack of pathway for young 🏴 players, can the same be said about coaches?
Despite the last 2 narrow defeats, Craig McLeish has showed promising signs in his start to life as St Mirren boss
Hopefully we see more of it
