The same short squeeze will happen at this levels and we will see an instant big candle very soon towards $90k .

So i asked AI, what it means to be a registered SEC transfer agent, and here is its reply:
"An SEC transfer agent is a financial institution, trust company, or specialized service provider registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that acts as the official recordkeeper for a companyβs securities.
They serve as the legal "source of truth" bridging the gap between an issuing corporation and its investors.
Core Responsibilities
β’ Maintain Shareholder Records: Keep the official registry of who owns the companyβs stock or debt securities (distinguishing between direct registered owners and beneficial owners holding shares through a broker).
β’ Issue and Cancel Certificates: Issue physical or electronic stock certificates, handle transfers when shares are sold or gifted, and cancel old certificates.
β’ Manage Distributions: Calculate and disburse cash or stock dividends, interest payments, and handle dividend reinvestment plans (DRIPs).
β’ Facilitate Corporate Actions: Support stock splits, mergers, spin-offs, warrant exercises, and conversions.
β’ Proxy and Governance Support: Distribute proxy materials, annual reports, and manage voting logistics for shareholder meetings.
β’ Compliance and Escheatment: Monitor compliance with SEC and state laws, help prepare shareholder counts for regulatory filings, and track dormant accounts for state escheatment (unclaimed property).
Who Needs One?
β’ Public Companies: Any company listed on a national exchange (like the NYSE or NASDAQ) or required to register under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 must use an SEC-registered transfer agent.
β’ Private Companies / Startups: Generally not required to use a registered transfer agent; many private companies maintain their own cap tables or use equity management software, though they often hire a transfer agent as they scale, approach a secondary market, or prep for an IPO.
β’ Registration: Non-bank transfer agents register directly with the SEC using Form TA-1, whereas bank-affiliated transfer agents register with federal bank regulators (like the OCC, Federal Reserve, or FDIC). "
That sounds crazy, π π₯ π―

But Elon. What if Mars was once inhabited by its own humanoid race? What if that race couldn't sustainably live on its own planet, so ended up killing itself off? What if just before it expired, it established an Earth colony to save itself, and humanity is descended from those colonists? And what if we return to Mars only to find that Mars was sucked dry and all of its resources were used up never to be replenished, squandered by tech-billionaire locusts on military weapons projects that were repeatedly deployed against the population and caused tremendous casualties and a total loss of planetary viability? Wouldn't that interfere with the "self-sustaining" aspect of the project? Does any of this sound familiar? ;-)
