Got some work in mainly focusing in on block shedding, the run game, pass rushing, and some agility work.
Can’t wait for the season to start, ready to get back into the game I love!
The Future looking bright!

I will not be at coaching school on account of marrying my best friend this weekend!
Her endless support, ambition and empathy have pushed me to where I am today. Couldn’t be more proud to call this woman my wife! I love you!
Mr. And Mrs. Cardin!
