But rates aren’t the only thing you might come across when choosing where to trade.

One thing worth understanding about rate alerts is that reaching your target doesn’t mean every trading platform will offer you that rate.
@TheCardRadar Rate Alerts lets you set a target rate and get notified when it’s reached, so you don’t have to keep checking manually.
Say my target is ₦1,050 per dollar for a particular gift card. I get an alert from CardRadar, head over to CardBoss, and find an offer of ₦1,045 instead.
There’s a simple explanation for this: CardRadar tracks the rate you’re watching, while CardBoss sets its own trading rates. So even when CardRadar notifies you that your target has been reached, CardBoss might still be offering a different rate.
Personally, I’d use that notification as a reason to check the available offer, not as a reason to rush into a trade. I can then decide whether the difference is worth accepting or whether I’d rather wait.
CardBoss supports 18 gift card brands across physical cards and e-codes, giving users different supported card types to explore.
For me, the important thing is understanding what each figure represents before making a decision. An alert is useful, but the offer available to you is what ultimately matters when you’re deciding whether to sell.
