Last week, an appeals court found that Ohio's private school voucher program violates the state constitution, setting up a likely final decision on the matter by the Ohio Supreme Court. Senator @KentKSmith discusses in this week's #ICYMI.

Thanks go out to the Akron LWV and Brimfield Township for hosting their respective Candidates Night this week. They provided a great opportunity to share our platform and connect with constituents. @SCProgDems @PortageDems @GeaugaDems
Rather than wallow in the mud with my opponent by producing our own negative ad, I wanted to instead use our last "Talking Point" of this election season to push back on the negative ad nonsense coming from his campaign. @PortageDems @OHSenDemCaucus
