It’s good to stay in shape and eat healthy but you also need to be reading. Get a library card. Find a book that appeals to you. Spend a few minutes reading before bed. Your brain will thank you, and you’ll be pleasantly shocked at the joy that books bring.

Only 1 little girl came to my story time yesterday but she had such a passion for reading. She kept asking me to read more books & kept scooting closer to me. It was a great first reading experience!
