Imagine coming out of retirement so you could go lose 4 of 6 games and look up at 3 other teams ahead of you in the NFC West. If the Rams continue to struggle, does Aaron Donald retire (again) before the seasons ends?

To all the dads out there fighting to see your children, please don’t give up. Your kids need you more than you may ever realize. ❤️ Working at a divorce law firm that represents men, I see firsthand how difficult, exhausting, emotional, and sometimes heartbreaking the fight to remain involved in your children’s lives can be. I see fathers who simply want to be present. Fathers who want to attend school events, help with homework, celebrate birthdays, coach their kids, tuck them into bed, and be there for the little moments that so many people take for granted. And unfortunately, I also see how complicated that can become when relationships end and custody disputes begin. Here’s something I wish every father understood: Your children are watching, even when you think they aren’t. They notice who shows up. They remember who calls. They remember who keeps their promises, who makes the effort, and who continues trying even when circumstances make it incredibly difficult. They also remember the little things. The conversations in the car. The encouragement before a big test. The hugs when they’re upset. The parent sitting in the audience cheering them on. Consistency matters. Honesty matters. Being present matters. You don’t have to be a perfect father. Nobody is. You don’t have to have the most money, the biggest house, or the ability to give your children everything they want. What matters is giving them something money can’t buy: your time, your love, your attention, and the reassurance that they matter to you. And I want to address something else. The portrayal of fathers on television and in popular culture has become incredibly warped. Too often, dads are portrayed as incompetent, emotionally disconnected, irresponsible, or unnecessary. And while there are certainly fathers who fail their children, there are also countless wonderful men who sacrifice, work hard, love deeply, and would move mountains just to spend another afternoon with their kids. Those fathers deserve recognition, too. A father isn’t just a paycheck. He isn’t just someone who pays child support or gets every other weekend. He’s a parent, a teacher, a protector, a role model, and an irreplaceable part of his child’s life. And to the dads going through difficult custody battles, remember this: Don’t let your frustration with the other parent become more important than your relationship with your children. Stay truthful. Stay respectful. Keep showing up. Document your efforts. Follow your court orders. Put your children’s emotional well-being ahead of the conflict. Never make your children feel like they have to choose sides to earn your love. And if your children are too young to understand everything you’re going through right now, don’t assume they’ll never understand. As they grow older, they may begin to recognize the sacrifices you made, the obstacles you faced, and the effort you put into being part of their lives. Children often remember far more than adults give them credit for. To every father who has sat in a courtroom fighting for parenting time, driven hours to see his children, cried privately after dropping them off, or gone to sleep wondering whether his kids know how much he loves them: I see you. Your effort matters. Your presence matters. And most importantly, you matter to your children. Keep being the father they can count on, even when the circumstances aren’t fair or easy. Because at the end of the day, your greatest legacy won’t be your career, your bank account, or the possessions you leave behind. It will be the relationship you built with your children and the memories they carry of you long after they’ve grown up. To all the good dads out there who refuse to give up on their kids, you deserve far more credit than you receive. ❤️

The latest reports are now that they are indeed in his lungs. Pray for Jalen Hurts 🙏 this is very serious.
Did you notice that they reported Jalen Hurts blood clot moved, but they didn’t report where it moved to? If it moved to his heart or lungs, it’s a big deal and there will be questions for the Eagles medical staff.

This is huge! We now have ON RECORD a former NFL head coach saying an owner asked him to manipulate play calls on Sunday to benefit the owner financially ($300k). A kickback was discussed. This is why Robert Kraft owning a sports betting app (with Adam Schefter) is problematic. It’s insane that this is allowed to happen in a league that severely punishes players who sniff sports betting.
Terry Robiskie says as an NFL head coach he once received a message from his team's owner telling him not to let a player on his team earn his $300,000 contract bonus for total receptions, and says instead of listening to the owner he deliberately called plays to help that player reach the incentive “Larry Centers was our fullback, and your daddy would always feature him. Your daddy made sure Larry Centers caught six, seven balls a game. He was the best at getting balls in the right hands of the right people.” “I'll never forget it. We were playing Arizona, which was Larry's old team. Larry came to my office, sat down at my desk, and said, ‘Coach, you know, I didn't make that much money this year on my salary. But I need six catches in this game.’” “And Norv would always get him seven, nine catches. He said, ‘I need six catches in this game. If I get those six catches, man, I got a $300,000 bonus.’ And I turned and looked at him. I said, ‘Three hundred? Are you crazy? I don't make but $140,000. I'm the head coach!’” “He said, ‘Coach, man, I gotta get these six catches for this $300,000, man. I'll give you a thousand.’ I said, ‘Okay, good. Give me a thousand!’ But right then, that guy wanted to know, ‘Coach, do you really care about me?’ You know what I mean? And I know that I got a little note from the owner of that team saying, ‘Don't let that guy get them six catches.’” “I threw him seven balls in the first quarter. I made sure he got them. I never got my thousand dollars from him. I gotta get my thousand! But I made sure he had his incentive. And I told the owner, ‘If you don't want him to make that incentive, don't put it in his contract, because I'm the wrong guy.’ I'm the wrong guy.”

This is the video the NFL doesn’t want you to watch ‼️ Keith Mitchell, who died yesterday (R.I.P.), discussing the pharmaceutical drug culture in the NFL and how muscle relaxers were popped “left and right.” Keith lays out how the overprescribing of drugs was worse with the Texans than the Saints and how players were taking cortisol shots 16-18 times a season. I want to be clear, I’m not insinuating that drugs played a role in Keith’s death. In fact, Keith was an advocate for drug-free healing. I’m just confused why I can’t find evidence that the NFL, the Texans, or any government agency investigated the claims Mitchell made on my show and in his book? Were these claims swept under the rug? The Texans team doctor at the time, Walter Lowe is currently the team doctor for the Houston Rockets and Houston Cougars. Lowe used to be the team doctor for the Oilers before they moved to Tennessee.

Never Forget ... Recently deceased former NFL linebacker Keith Mitchell told me team doctors overprescribed and he was shocked to see the long line of players lined up to see the doctor. R.I.P. Keith, you were a legend on and off the field.
