Thank you, Kerri and everyone at School #7, for reminding Dr. Rosser and his team that when educators leave the District, the burden falls on those left behind. We need a fair contract that attracts new teachers and retains experienced educators. And we need it NOW!

81% of Rochester teachers lack confidence in the RCSD’s ability to address problems and provide timely solutions. While Dr. Rosser and his team at Central Office continue to push their own narrative, educators working inside our schools are telling a very different story.

While Rosser & his team at CO continue to paint a different picture, the educators in our schools tell a different story. Our students & staff deserve engaged leadership and real solutions to keep our schools safe. Without both, the RCSD will continue losing students & employees.
