Today, we remember the beautiful witness of St. Monica who tenaciously prayed for years for her family’s conversion. We’ve all been there: years and years of prayers that seem to bear no fruit. The example of St Monica is a challenge and reminder that our job is to pray, to never give up hope and to trust that He who hears our prayers loves us and all involved with a purity & intensity we will never understand. So we pray. We pound at Heaven‘s door. We not give up. We trust that he who ordered the universe in all of its harmony and beauty will order all things well. We pray, we hope, we trust, we submit. #talkedtotheboss
