The @VaaniHQ Developer Platform is live today ♥️
Everything we learnt over the last 16 months of building a foundational infrastructure company, we poured all of it into this platform.
From making it super-easy to build voice agents (just by talking to it) to controlling its behaviour to the last detail. From long-term memory to making it super flexible for complex, mixed-language geographies.
We have built it in a way that a group of agents can form a swarm and get things done, and that's something which we have already deployed across 100+ businesses.
Do show some love by trying it for free at vaani.dev

looking for an event host for 31st october
someone great at speaking, engaging a crowd. it’s for a gaming Event (Stan Fest), so someone fun, quick on their feet and comfortable on the mic would be perfect.

At #GFF, every booth was screaming look at our product! Except @CRED_club . Zero product talk, subtle branding.
This year #GFF is all about

A founder take.
You’re working from a café. Dropping ₹500 on coffee and food.
Now the real question: same café every day, or hopping spots hoping to meet people?
Why not home? Why not a coworking space?
If you’re spending that money, at least put in 4 hours of deep work. The 20% that actually pays 80% of your income.
Sometimes just walk into a new café for coffee and take the pause. That’s it.
Skip the influencer cafes full of “day in my life” videos.
Work over everything.
I'm in love with this quote :
One of the most underrated skills you can develop is the ability to set aside your mood and simply follow the plan.

Last 5 seats left for this banging evening happening tomorrow! 🍸
Grab yours now and use code COCKTAIL101 before they’re gone :)
I didn’t really get the hype around this until I saw so many founders and creators from Bangalore signing up 🫶🏻
Picture this;
A live guitarist, cocktails, and somehow the camera catches everyone looking their best with blurry pictures.
And I’m having only one light that evening, and it’s candles 🕯️🌻

Espresso Martini 101
Make your own Espresso Martini, sip it, then take home a cocktail kit to recreate it whenever you feel like it.
Wanna host an @OfflynLife cocktail night.
I’ve got bartending experience, so let’s make one each.
You leave with a drink you made yourself, and you’ll actually make at every future house party.
what say Bangalore?

It’s been 5 days since someone hacked my Gmail.
They changed the password, enabled 2FA, set up backup codes, and even added a passkey.
I’ve lost access and have a lot of important Google Sheets in there (nothing useful to the hacker).
Anyone here know the best way to recover a fully locked Google account in this situation? Any tips or success stories appreciated.
Any helpful tips, Coffee on me.
Trying Google’s recovery form but no luck so far.

I’m a founder, and after hiring for years, one thing is painfully clear:
Hiring isn’t hard.
Hiring the right person, someone who owns the role and actually delivers, is extremely hard.
I get flooded with resumes. Most get rejected fast. Why?
Everyone claims they can “do everything.”
But the core strength I’m looking for is either missing… or completely buried.
Example: I’m hiring an editor who’s strong at animation.
Show me your animation work.
Show me the design sense and thinking behind it.
Don’t try to impress me with a laundry list of every skill under the sun just to get the job.
Yes, in this era we all need to be somewhat jack-of-all-trades.
But that doesn’t mean your core strength should disappear.
At a bootstrapped startup, we can’t afford to experiment freely.
One wrong hire can slow everything down.
One rotten mango really can spoil the entire basket.
So here’s my ask to fellow founders:
When you post a role, make the intent crystal clear. Let the right people self-select.
I’m currently hiring:
→ Video Editor (strong animation + design sense)
→ Content Strategist
→ Growth
If this resonates and you have the proof of work, let’s talk. – at Bengaluru, India
