exactly. it was always the tell when google proxies said the biz didn’t matter to them (low margin, shrinking) or they weren’t worried about divesting. But didn’t. It’s the data signals and last tag that matters still today. Especially if they can’t leverage browser/OS data.

Google fighting every word of the remedy is the tell. If the conduct was harmless, the fixes would be cheap. Nobody spends this much on lawyers over a decree that costs them nothing.

Day 16 Momentum is building! 🇮🇪 Councillors in Louth, Ciaran Fisher & Shane McGuinness have demanded release of complete social housing statistics. I’m told councillors around the country are following suit. Mainstream media will have no choice. They cannot ignore the truth forever.

Day 11 Irish Times delighted to report that my doggy business is closing down. But yet still not a mention of the latest Dublins social housing statistics. Funny world we live in. Which should be bigger news ?

In case anyone is wondering why Meta tried to squeeze claims from another cover-up into its massive $19B child harm settlement, this testimony was in a filing last night, “warned "to not pursue investigating Cambridge Analytica specifically" because "it would be career suicide."
whoa. there is almost $500 million buried in the 130 page Meta settlement to pay off states on Cambridge Analytica. Note, District of Columbia not listed where Zuckerberg personally has a suit, along with company, related to the ongoing legal reckoning from the cover-up. /1

Day 8: Total silence from mainstream media & politicians on the latest Dublin social-housing statistics. Did you know: There are 61,719 households on Ireland's social housing list. In 2019, 508 households were recorded as "refugees" In 2025 this number sky-rocketed to 3,193. Thats an increase of 529%!! But the “refugee” category doesn’t tell the full story either... If it did then the 1,320 Somali applicants on DCCs list would be 41% of that national "refugee" figure. This couldn't be right. There are many ways to get onto the housing list. Nationality and immigration status measure different things. In order for Ireland's high welfare State to function with high trust, the public must have full transparency of all data. Its the job of our media & opposition to demand this. The co-ordination to totally ignore these latest figures is jaw-dropping.
Day 7: Still no mainstream coverage of new Dublin City Housing statistics. Yet just two months ago, Simon Harris spoke to journalists directly on this. He called claims that non-Irish applicants get social housing first “disinformation”: “It’s disinformation. It’s unhelpful, unfair and untrue.” “I don’t see the benefit in nationality as an instrument.” “Can you provide any evidence, or can anybody provide any evidence, that people of different nationalities to Irish people are getting a home quicker than an Irish person…? I’d really welcome that.” … any chance the establishment would like to revisit this in light of fact that 9% of the housing list is Somalian Or that 1 in 3 houses is are going to non-Irish?

Day 5: Still not a word out of mainstream media about the latest social housing statistics released by DCC. But yet earlier this summer in June, when councillors in Kerry requested similar data it was headline news for both Newstalk, Irish Independent and others. Their silence now is deafening. What are we doing in this country.

This guy deserves a medal ...
OK, I've read all 106 pages in US v. Google adtech remedies opinion. Keeping it short for now. Judge Brinkema - like Judge Mehta - understood data flywheel as a source of Google's market power. Unlike Mehta, she didn't lean on AI or some other shifting world mumbo jumbo. /1

Clear transparent update of Ireland 2026 Thank you @EoinLenihan @rtenews must air this EU STATEMENT @Independent_ie @TonightVMTV – at Ireland
It was an honour to be invited to speak at the EU by @weimers & the @ecrgroup. The topic - "Civil War? Europe at Risk". I issue a stark warning about Fine Fail & Fine Gael's de facto open border policies & their authoritarian actions surrounding 'refugee' settlement. 👇👇👇
