I started this weight loss journey on September 2025 weighing a whooping 88kg, I changed my diet and walked 5kms daily in the evenings and I ultimately started jogging 10km, right now I weigh 72kg and this medal means a lot to me because I’m on a journey to winning against my body 💪🏽
