I'm not sure how much of a follower I am, but I'm a Likud Central Committee member and will vote for that party

I was expecting to see antisemitic comments on her post. Surprisingly, none, not even from an Arabic sounding name. Maybe there is yet hope

Ascending the Temple Mount is permitted for Jews. Some people think otherwise. There are halachic boundaries and required preparations, but over 60,000 Jews went up this year and more and more to come.

I manage a movie theater. One day, I caught one of my ushers on the security cameras letting people in through a side door. He was only 16. A good kid... or so I thought. Sneaking people in is grounds for immediate termination, maybe even criminal charges. So I called him into my office, played the footage, and asked him to explain before I made any decisions. He looked at the screen and quietly said, "That's Mr. and Mrs. Toomey. Tuesday matinee." Then he told me the whole story. A few months earlier, the elderly couple had come to the box office to buy two senior tickets. They counted every dollar they had... ...and came up $4 short. Without arguing or asking for help, they simply smiled, turned around, and started walking away. As they left, the wife softly told her husband, "It's alright. We'll just walk the mall instead." My usher overheard it. Something about the way they accepted it like they were used to life getting a little more expensive every year stuck with him. So he made a decision. Every Tuesday, when the theater was nearly empty, he quietly let them in through the side door. And it didn't stop there. He even bought them a medium popcorn with his own money. One bag. One drink. Two straws. Week after week. I stared at this kid, who was absolutely convinced he was about to lose his job. Honestly... He had every reason to think that. Instead, I picked up the phone and called the theater owner, who's 79 years old himself. I told him everything. There was a long silence. Then he finally said, "Give the Toomeys a lifetime pass... and give me that kid's name." That one act of kindness ended up changing company policy. Today, every one of our four theater locations offers free Tuesday matinees for seniors. And the kid? He still works here. I let him be the one to tell the Toomeys. Mrs. Toomey hugged him for so long... ...we actually had to delay the previews. Not a single person in the audience complained. Sometimes, breaking the rules isn't about doing the wrong thing. Sometimes... It's about reminding everyone what kindness looks like. — Stan, Illinois

Glenn, you proIsrael & USA bona fides are great, & you write well, but I think you are off here. The settlement movement kept Pal'n terror much lower than had there been none. & settlements help IDF units in many ways just by bein there. Full disclosure, I live in 1, near Hebron

Countries are allowed to do things that minorities are a wee bit uncomfortable with. If you cater to every minority, you'll end up with no values. Spoiler: USA is careening towards this

I don't understand your question. Hezbollah is too strong for non Hezb Lebanese to best them. Hezb is a threat to Israel, so we take care of our own business
