Then onto the remarkable and poignant museum for African Americans. Incredibly useful for both history and politics students

Then off to the federal bureau of engraving and printing to see where they print money, unfortunately we could not film inside

Last full day and we certainly made the most of it. First stop, the White House and the Washington memorial

Great to see six stoic girls out for the inaugural ‘Grant to Lincoln presidential fun run’ this morning (there was obviously time to feed a squirrel along the way)
