@SkyUK Had an iPad delivery Saturday to find it was smashed on arrival, 5 x 30 minute phone calls later it was resolved. I was told returns packaging was being delivered Monday, just arrive home today to it still not arrived. Just got off another 30 minute phone call to be told

Another returns package is in the post. Not only has it ruined my wife’s birthday surprise it’s wasted 3 hours of my life. We’ve been a customer for over 5 years I find it damn right disgusting! #should’vegonewithvirginmedia #nocompensation #poorservice

The other thing about no shows. Which kind of slips the net. Is the bit where I get to go home and explain to The Wife that I could have stayed at home and done painting with my girls instead of leaving them crying at the door when I came in to prep this morning.
