A young man was travelling on his bike along the Purvanchal Expressway after paying ₹85 as toll tax.
However, after covering some distance, his bike broke down.
He tried calling UPEIDA’s helpline (14449) for assistance, but all he got was music playing on the phone, with no one responding !
If there is no proper assistance available for commuters, then what is the point of charging toll tax?
The road conditions are not great either.
Anyone who has travelled on this expressway knows the situation.
People deserve better roads and proper emergency support in return for the toll they pay !
