Misinformation made more than one million people think I was dead.
Over one million people watched a fake video claiming I had died.
This is one of the most personal articles I’ve written.

As expected, the FT is covering Marine Le Pen’s presidential campaign launch in tomorrow’s paper.
Does it surprise me that she’s going to use the recent riots to make political points? Absolutely not. This is it.
Those riots have handed her a major political opportunity.
Not sure where to even begin with this topic.
It’s a very personal one.
The Guardian is leading with it this morning, and I’m glad it’s getting the attention it deserves.
Looking at the picture brings a horrible feeling inside of me, one that’s difficult to put into words.
Great read on Substack from Jay Beecher about the riots in France. An interesting take that I completely agree with.

Crazy seeing some familiar faces. I hope they get the best possible support to help them make the most of their future.

Another day, another job interview, which has unfortunately turned out to be a waste of money.
I hope the Milburn Review addresses the financial barriers people face when travelling to job interviews. I’d like to see more support for people who aren’t on the welfare system. 1/2
Well deserved. Great bloke!
Honoured to have won Political Journalist of the Year — and my very own bust of Lord Salisbury — at the London Press Club Awards today. Congrats too to victorious colleagues @Gabriel_Pogrund and @larisamlbrown

For those mocking the PM for going on Gogglebox:
It's for Stand Up to Cancer.
For those mocking his tattoo:
It's the Manchester Bee, done after the Manchester Arena Attack, where 22 died and 100's more were injured.

On Tuesday 20th October, Crewkerne lost Lucy Silcocks. She was just 32.
Lucy was Joshua Bonehill-Paine's fiancée, his best friend and, in his words, his soulmate. They met in the summer of 2019, got engaged the following February, and built their life together here in Crewkerne, the town that inspired the Crewkerne Gazette, which Joshua co-founded.
Above everything, Lucy was a mum. She doted on their three boys, Leo (6), Max (5) and Jack (2), and they were the centre of her world. She was a gifted artist, quick to laugh, and the heart of their home.
Lucy took her own life. Her loss has devastated Joshua and the boys, and Joshua is struggling to find a way forward without her.
Joshua wants Lucy to have the send-off she deserves, in the town they called home. But alongside the cost of her funeral, the family has lost the income that kept a roof over their heads, and Christmas is only weeks away.
Nothing can bring Lucy back. But your kindness can give her a farewell worthy of her, and ease some of the hardship facing Leo, Max and Jack in the hardest winter of their young lives.
Every donation, however small, and every share means more than we can say. All money raised will go towards Lucy's funeral and supporting the boys through the months ahead.
A massive thank you on behalf of Joshua and the boys, who will be very grateful of your support during this incredibly difficult time.

This woman is another example of a sell out.
As I said yesterday, she’s no longer the person she once was. She’s now fully bought into the mainstream agenda.
Today I made what was meant to be a light-hearted self-deprecating remark. I didn’t get it right and it hasn’t come off as I intended.
I fully support our Home Secretary and the government’s position on migration reform.
As I said earlier this week, it’s absolutely right that people should have to make a contribution to this country in order to earn citizenship.
A very small win.
It feels as though Miatta has sold herself out since taking on this role. She’s no longer the activist championing key issues that she once was, but instead seems more focused on pandering to the mainstream agenda.
It’s crazy what X decides people should and shouldn’t see. So many people, particularly those posting about what’s happening in Ukraine, are producing work that essentially isn’t being seen by anyone. It’s crazy to see, and it highlights a much broader issue with the platform.

STATEMENT:
Reform UK has reported ITV, its board, and its undercover reporters to the police.
Some of the crimes carry up to 10 years in prison.
They forged a passport.
They directly interfered in elections and almost certainly altered the results. Being paid to “canvass” for Reform in crucial wards we lost by a few dozen votes.
They lied to a veteran about their service and left him “violated”.
This is unprecedented.
The police are now involved.
Scrutiny of political parties is one thing.
But anyone breaking the law to try and ruin the lives of Reform’s staff, members or volunteers will be reported to the police and pursued relentlessly in the courts.
