@AngryBeaver88 practiced law for some 45 years. The story of how Obama was ineligible for the Presidency is actually simple. In 1962 Hawaii had just been made a State. No one in Hawaii had or knew what a birth certificate was. Hawaii was rural without many hospitals.
If this is correct Obama will be required to produce hard evidence documenting a Hawaiian birth. Testimony by individuals under Oath. Pictures,affidavits and more. It explains why Obama rushed to his dying grandmother mother with a pillow to prevent any contradictory statements.
An Article from the American Thinker sums it up. Ineligible never goes away. If shown to be ineligible Obama will be stripped of the title and lose Immunities. 👍

Most of California is Conservative, except for the along the I-5 to the Coast. The major cities on the Coast are liberal. While the rest of the State is conservative. Splitting the States may avoid a full blown Civil War or Secession of States from the Union.
There is a growing movement of Conserative Counties in Blue States wanting to break off from the big spending liberal sections of the States. Washington State and Oregon can be split with the Western I-5 corridor and the majority of the Eastern part of are both Conservative.
Carter created the student loan crisis. Carter nationalized the government taking over student loans. Then stopped underwriting loans to qualify students only. Return student loans to the private sector. Let them underwrite loans.
