A very effective threat

“That’s right Madelyne. 𝘖𝘶𝘳 Son. How long has it been since you’ve looked into his eyes. Because they look like yours”

“That’s not what I meant. Every time you fall further into madness. Into this obsession…..when was the last time you’ve seen Nathan?”

“I haven’t. I also haven’t forgotten what’s it’s cost us… and what’s it’s cost you”

“And yet you still haven’t won agaisnt us.”

Some nights, he fires his optic blasts into the ocean. It’s like therapy

Him to clones that ruin his day

"Maddie... we dont have to fight. Your anger with me is understandable, but we dont have to kill each other. The X-Men can help you. I can help you"

"Yeah actually, it is. Everyone i meet ignores my attempts to be civil, to do things the 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺, but they're stupid. Your many things Madelyne, but you're not stupid."

The ruby quartz Visor shined, a warning as he stared her down, fists clenched “Oh yeah? Well this vision has guided the X-men against threats more dangerous than you Madelyne.”

“All these years and you still don’t know me. I always have a plan, so spare me the big picture talk. My vision is perfectly fine”

Yeah, keeping skills sharp is important in our line of work

“You truly have a one track mind, don’t you. Kill me and Rule the world. Yet I’m still here”

“Of course you would. You should try switching it up, otherwise we might get bored”

“And what exactly would that be Maddy”

“And I see your just as cruel as ever. What are you doing here, thought you preferred limbo to mutant company”

“Madelyne. It’s been….awhile”
