They won't face any consequences and they know it. That's why they keep going at it. They'll get caught and released the next day at most. In the end, the french taxpayer will pay for the public damages, and many business owners will close shop / go bankrupt because they weren't protected.

.@ProprXYZ publishes its evaluation pass rates, and I wish more firms did. Only around 16% of completed paid challenges pass. We'll be adding evaluations soon based on demand, but it's interesting how many traders prefer paying for a chance to get funded rather than paying to trade from day one.
