Can someone plz make a tier list rn. I don’t feel like raiden is in top 15 anymore. He’s close to bottom 5 imo. tbh with everything he doesn’t do the same damage as the other characters and now if he get hits once it’s 50 percent with most characters into a set up. Idk what to do
